Cisco offers three types of IP telephony programs to the candidates. All the details regarding each types will be available here to the candidates. The three types of courses are:

1) support specialists
2) telephony design specialists
3) telephony operations specialists

Cisco IP telephony design specialists:
This certification program is offered by Cisco to the candidates who wish to design as well as implement the Cisco powered voice over data networks. Candidates need to have a prerequisite in order to certify this program. A valid Cisco certified design associate (CCDA) certification is the perfect prerequisite to the candidates for certifying the Cisco IP telephony design specialists program. Apart from the prerequisite, there are two examinations which are to be taken by the candidates. They are:

Cisco IP telephony operation specialists:

There are two exams required to the candidates and they are:
